Why I left

I chose to leave my previous role due to growing concerns about alignment with my manager’s leadership approach and my professional development. I was performing at a high level and progressing quickly, but I began to feel that this pace was not fully supported. Over time, there were repeated disagreements, and I experienced situations where my contributions were undermined, which made it difficult to operate effectively. This environment also created noticeable inconsistencies in areas like promotion and compensation, which impacted overall team dynamics. As I approached my promotion, I took the opportunity to evaluate my long-term goals and decided it was the right time to pursue new opportunities where my growth, contributions, and trajectory would be more fully supported.
